MHA’s service staff is a blend of mental health professionals
and paraprofessionals. Reflecting our strong belief in the abilities
of people with mental illness, 10 to 15 percent of our staff are
individuals who have a mental illness, are in recovery and/or have
been homeless. They work in management, administrative and service
positions, including as outreach workers, case managers, life skills
coaches, and clerical and accounting staff.
