Our many Long Beach service locations offer care coordination to help a variety of people in the Long Beach community reach their personal goals for independent living. We work with adults who are living with mental illness, young people age 18-25 transitioning from foster care or living without familial support, and low-income veterans struggling with housing stability.
We connect our members with the tools they need to meet their goals and become stable, self-reliant members of the community.
If you are 18-25 and seeking services, visit our TAY page for more information. If you are a veteran, visit our OHH page for more information. If you are an adult living with mental illness, please visit The Village site for more information. If you are an adult seeking lite assistance with maintaining your mental health, please visit The Wellness Center for more information.
