May is Mental Health Month! Mind your mind at these exciting events:

All throughout the month of May, mental health providers and advocates will be working tirelessly to bring information about mental wellness to people around the country.

This year, Mental Health America has partnered up with some of Long Beach's greatest providers and allies in the fight to bring awareness and treatment options when it comes to mental health.  The incredible folks at the JFCS of Long Beach and West Orange County will be bringing information about their sliding scale services to all of our events AND bringing clinicians to help talk with guests at our hospitality event on May 31st!  They are also holding their annual Race with a Veiw event on May 7th.  The Downtown Long Beach Alliance has been instrumental in helping to prepare and coordinate the series of events listed below, as has the dedicated team at Work Evolution Labs.  For the second year in a row, the impressive team at Anxiety Gaming is going to be joining us for our college and high school events, bringing their interactive gaming truck and their brilliant skills at connecting people with mental health resources that match their needs and interests!

Check out the events below and click here for a sampling of some of the materials we will be sharing!
